About Prism HRC

Prism HRC was founded over 15 years ago by Nikhil Vaidya, an IT Engineer who graduated from one of Mumbai's most respected engineering institutions, Thadomal Shahani Engineering College.

Having immersed himself in technology, Nikhil saw something that others in the industry were missing. The challenges faced by employers and professionals in IT were not just logistical, they were deeply human. He came to believe that technology recruitment deserved far more than simply matching keywords on a resume. Companies needed recruitment partners who could genuinely understand technologies, business requirements and the people behind the profiles.

And so with that belief as his foundation, Nikhil started Prism HRC.

The early days were humble. A small office within his own home. Limited resources. But an absolutely clear vision: to build a recruitment company that clients would come to see as a natural extension of their own talent acquisition team, not just a vendor, but a true partner.

That small home office has since grown into something remarkable. Today, Prism HRC is a global recruitment and staffing organisation with a team of more than 100 recruiters, supporting clients across India, North America, Europe, and the Middle East.

The journey hasn't just been one of scale, it's been one of evolution. What began as a focused IT recruitment practice has expanded into a wide range of domains: BFSI, Telecom, Engineering, Manufacturing, Healthcare, Sales & Marketing, and several other specialised sectors. Staying true to its roots in technology, Prism HRC has also built strong capabilities in some of today's most exciting and fast-moving industries, Semiconductors, Solar & Renewable Energy, Data Centers, and other future-focused fields. Beyond recruitment itself, the company's portfolio now includes RPO (Recruitment Process Outsourcing), executive search, contract staffing, payroll management, and talent consulting services.
